Saturday and Sunday

9:00am - 8:00pm

There is no fixed cut-off. Whether an order arrives in the same window depends on how far you are from us and what you have ordered, so we confirm your delivery time when we confirm your order.

What happens after you order

1. 1You place your orderYou get a confirmation with your order number and everything you ordered.
2. 2We pack itYour order is picked and packed by hand. Frozen items are packed last so they stay cold.
3. 3Out for deliveryYou are told when your order leaves for its delivery window.
4. 4DeliveredBrought to your door. Frozen goods go straight into the freezer.

We do not offer collection at the moment — every order comes to you. That may change as the business grows.

Frozen and perishable items

Frozen cassava leaves and fish are packed cold and delivered the same day they leave us. Delivering locally ourselves is exactly why we start here rather than shipping nationwide — these are the items that suffer most in transit.
